This small scarf (approx 30cm wide x 200cm long + tassels) has been hand woven on a hand painted British lambs wool warp, hand woven with undyed British lambs wool weft yarn in an extended herringbone pattern. The warp has been hand painted with a simplified version of a gorgeous photo taken of Glastonbury tour at sunset. The hand woven fabric is then wet finished, pressed and made into the finished piece you see here with hand tied tassels. Due to the nature of a hand painted warp, each and every piece in this collection is a complete one off. No two will ever be the same Like all of our products, this item has gone from cones of undyed yarn to finished piece in our Somerset studio. A one off piece inspired by our gorgeous countryside.
